优质稻米：城固县水稻面积29万亩，年产高档优质米8万吨，中档优质米6万吨，糯米、黑米等特色米1万吨。现有精米加工企业十多家，其中年产万吨以上的有3家，产品主要销往陕西西安、四川、重庆、成都、湖北等地，年外销大米4万余吨。
